Test & Go procedure:

The mandatory RT-PCR Covid Test that you have to take upon arrival and the SHA+ Hotel booking for vaccinated travellers will no longer be required starting May 1, 2022. Please study the new procedures from the link below for more detailed information.

Vaccinated Travellers

  - They will no longer be required to undergo RT-PCR upon arrival. A self-ATK test is only recommended   during their stay.
  - They do not need to book an SHA+ hotel. Upon completing entry processing at the airport, they can   proceed to their chosen accommodation.
  - Travel Insurance is reduced to a minimum of 10,000 USD medical coverage.
  - Children below 18 years of age traveling with a fully vaccinated parent can enter Thailand on the same   entry scheme as the parent.

Entry fee:

The entry fee for Asia Oceania Q School this year is at £560 including vat and bank charges
(25,000 Thai baht)

All entries are non-refundable after the closing date. Players are eligible to enter directly on an individual basis, providing that they are in good standing with their national federation at the time of entering and competing in the Q School.

All entrants must pay their entry fee into the bank account below and upload deposit slip (in English language) on the online entry form when applying, or by credit card charge on the entry form.

Closing dates:

Monday, 5 May 2025 (12.00 noon Bangkok time) to ensure to have enought time for traveling procedures.

Players must send their application form together with the following to:

1. Photocopy of your passport (at least 6 months validation period before their return flight).

2. A profile colour photo in playing uniform with white background of at least 200 KB resolution in .jpg format only.

3. A copy of your bank transfer slip for the entry fee (and T-shirts) that has been paid in .jpg format only.

4. A confirmation letter of hotel reservation for 1 night.

5. Your roundtrip air tickets or flight confirmation to and from Bangkok.

BSAT will send you the QR code for you to register for Thailand Pass on the Thailand Pass online
system which you have to apply for yourself. This process would take about three to seven business days.
